I am & We are

I am a part of a great awakening, together we are creating a better world….

I am healing the broken parts of me, we are courageously facing ourselves, our stuff, our shame, our darkness and freeing ourselves from our pain and struggles….

I am not alone but together, a part of a great network of souls all around the planet transforming themselves. This is happening in so many different ways in so many different faiths, paths, religions, together we are becoming whole…

I am helping myself and others and the planet by creating kind thoughts and feelings, caring for my body & treasuring our beautiful resources.  This life and earth has been given to us to look after and use in a beneficial and worthwhile way…

Together we are re-learning to do this, somewhere deep inside we know, as our ancestors did how to do this and we are re-membering…

Every moment, every day, we move a little bit more towards our truest, most beautiful, most wise, most wonderful selves…

Together we are doing this….we are on this journey of becoming more conscious, more aware, more loving towards all parts of us….
